Service Description

Breathwork is one of the most effective ways to regulate the nervous system, feeling grounded and centred in ourselves. In this session, we’ll use a few breath techniques that slow the nervous system, allowing your body and mind to reconnect. Prepare All you need is to set yourself up in a comfy space - maybe a yoga mat with a bolster or sitting cross legged on the couch - it doesn't matter, as long as you're comfortable and able to settle into the position for 1 hour. Have some water or a cup of tea near by and a journal to close the practice.
